SciMax Partners with a Global Biotech to Evaluate a Medical Affairs Call Center

Princeton, NJ, — November 14, 2023 SciMax Global has partnered with a global biotechnology company at the forefront of advancing therapies for a range of rare and devastating diseases to select a new global medical information contact center vendor. The SciMax project team will provide project management, requirements gathering sessions, business analysis, and expert support to determine which call center best meets the client’s needs. In partnership with our client, the SciMax team has created a comprehensive list of requirements that will support both current and future needs for their medical affairs group. Our list of deliverables include:
  • Identification and Selection on 3 to 4 possible suitable Vendors 
  • Creation of an RFP Document 
  • Creation of a Requirements Questionnaire 
  • Creation of a Vendor Scorecard 
  • Moderating Client Internal Debrief/Discussion 
  • Facilitating Contact Center Vendor Selection 
Using a personalized vendor scorecard created by SciMax for a bid defense, the best vendor will ultimately be selected to support the rollout. Throughout the process SciMax will refine the deployment and implementation plan for a successful rollout. With a timeline of 15 weeks, we are excited to dive into this project!
