JAMP Pharma Group Chooses SciMax Global as Their Medical Information Provider
SciMax Global, is excited to announce that JAMP Pharma Corporation has selected The SciMax MI medical information solution. JAMP was introduced to SciMax through an ongoing relationship with Techsol Life Sciences, thus leading to JAMP Pharma Group choosing SciMax Global, a leading scientific communications and medical affairs consulting and technology provider as their medical information partner. SciMax Global will launch SCIMAX MI with an integration to JAMP’s Pharma Group Argus Safety System over the course of the next 18-24 weeks.
The successful implementation of SCIMAX MI, as with any business-critical system, depends on collaboration, preparation, planning, communication, and clearly set and agreed upon expectations regarding deliverables, timelines, and success criteria. “It is exciting to have the opportunity to collaborate and begin project planning with the JAMP team and share their excitement when walking through the many functionalities of SCIMAX MI”, states Dayana Popa, the project manager for this engagement. As part of our standard process the teams will hold configuration workshop sessions to document and apply specific business process requirements to our highly configurable SCIMAX MI system. Once signoffs for all configurations are finalized and locked down, the validation testing phase of this project will include SciMax-created installation and operational qualifications. Auvi Ruelos, COO states “The beginning of the Validation testing phase is the culmination of all the work that has been completed by both the JAMP and the SciMax teams. The work completed to this point includes creating and approving the Configuration Specification Document, Validation Plan, testing protocols, test scripts, and traceability matrix among other validation deliverables.”
